He fought PW AFTER petitioning the WBO for a non-title fight and a fight with Cotto afterwards, this also after Williams was his mandatory for a YEAR. Not to mention Arum only offered him $900k for the Arum fight when Goosen offered him HIS BIGGEST PAYDAY TO DATE at $1.6 million.

It's not like he jumped at the opportunity to fight Williams when Williams called him out after knocking out Mattyse becoming his mandatory. He didnt agree to fight Williams till a year later.
