Hopkins is too big and strong. Ray wasn't at his best at middleweight and i see Hopkins out muscling him and implementing his bigger size and style.

I think BHop takes it but I don't think it is the domination that you are making it out to be. Bernard by decision though.

It'd be a close fight, we didn't get to see Leonard at his best at middleweight although his performance against Hagler was great, if he can move and get his combinations off, he can win, he's one of the fighters who is as smart if not smarter than Hopkins in the ring so I don't see him falling into Hopkins' traps, close decision that could go either way IMO.

I dont recall saying how the fight would go let alone saying it would be a domination.

Just the way you were talking in the other thread and this one.

Bernard doesn't beat Leonard easily is all I am saying.

I am taking leonard in this one.
Hopkins is great against one dimensional sluggers.

Someone like Leonard would figure Bernard out, and make him the one who is chasing.

Which sluggers are you referring to? Which Leonard fights are you deducing from to come up with your answer?

His performance against Hagler wasn't great IMO, and i personally felt he lost that fight. Hagler controlled most portions of those rounds( except the early ones which he gave away by switching to orthodox), and Leonard would land little flurries which would persuade the judges that he did enough. I feel that if Marvin had stepped it up, then he could have done some serious damged and could have possibly stopped Leonard. At times he seemed to be holding back.

In this case Tito and Pavlik. When was the last time Hopkins fought someone who is fast, on his toes and can put up a good combo?

                    And what happened?

                    Or should I elaborate?
