Thats why i'm trying to get back ripped in these last 2 weeks...

my new trainer has made me bigger but I'm not gaining weight.. but I've lost all my cuts and great look.

I guess i shouldnt worry bout that but it looks good ya know... I've just been working on foot movement heavily the last week... I think combinations with foot movement this week.

just remember: boxing is like sprinting not jogging.. that will help you perfect your technique over the years..if you can see how boxing correlates to sprinting you can develop into a hell of a fighter
