Thats why i'm trying to get back ripped in these last 2 weeks...

my new trainer has made me bigger but I'm not gaining weight.. but I've lost all my cuts and great look.

I guess i shouldnt worry bout that but it looks good ya know... I've just been working on foot movement heavily the last week... I think combinations with foot movement this week.

Trainers are the worst aren't they? 9th to the 10th: "I see what you're doing wrong, you're punching him to the head but not with enough power! So that's what you need to do, punch him to the head with more power until he fells, then stop. And you will win!"
