Anyway, yeah, it does irritate people that they do have to pay $30 a pop to see this kid, and he is not PPV talent right now. It's not Chavez Jr.'s fault I guess, but... I can see why people are pissed off.

If you are still having to improve to beat mediocre fighters, as a rule, you should not be on PPV. Just my take.
He is just an overhyped mexican bum.......

He shoudl fight Bunema or Campas or the guy Angulo beat. To test him. Anyways I think he is nothing special he is like Camacho jr.. They get fights because or their fathers names. I bet as soon as Chavez JR. step up in class he is getting KTFO.

You guys do know Chavez JR is only 22 years old right?? You have to be ****ing braindead to think that this kid is gonna be put in against worldclass fighters before he turns 24.

Age doesnt have to do with ring experience. The number of fights and Quality opponents you have does.

And when he fought an older more mature Carlos Monzon at Middleweight he got knocked the **** out. Junior Middleweight on up is ruled by older fighters who have matured into their bodies.

Lightweight down has always been ruled by younger fighters who are just stopping in till they move up in weight. Example Oscar De La Hoya, Shane Mosely, and Roberto Duran who all won at lighter weight classes at a young age but had to mature into their mid and late 20's to fight in the bigger weight divisions.

It's time for Chavez to get a title shot. Let's put him in against Pavlik.

When in hell Benitez fought Monzon. jajaj You apparently dont know much, mi friend, no offense!!!! His first lost was at WW against Leonard and he was winning the fight till the refferee stop the fight in round 15!!!!! At 154 he won his first fight that was for the WBC title against Hope. That fight end up with one of the nastiest KOs ever!!!!!!!
