**** like that happens at every card I have ever watched.
Are you a moron? Most fight s don't have that much holding because good refs start deducting points for that. ****** little **** who probably just started watching boxing, that kind of holding is ridiculous. And I wanted Bute to win, but still... The ****, I want to watch two people beat the **** out of each other. Not wreslting
I think there are plenty of refs out there who would have taken a proper look at Bute and saw that he was out of it and waved it off.
Thats why I said he followed the exact letter of the law, he only counted to ten to see if he judged at the end of the standing 8 count that he wasn't totally out of it, I don't think he was after a count of 8 do you?
Incidently I don't think he would have been "in no fit state to continue" even if he had shouted at Andrade to move back, it looked to me like he was leaning on the ropes waiting for the 7 of the 8 count. All boxers do that when they are in trouble.

He followed the letter to the law by not focusing on a downed fighter who was having trouble getting up, much less standing?

All boxers lean on the ropes after they get up from a knockdown?
