we make fun of boxrec but it's quite useful.
nice to see what they weighed in at , dates of fights , what titles was involved , etc.
sometimes the mind plays tricks on you.
sometimes i forget that it's been almost 6 years that tua has been in a meaningful fight......

The Saul Montana fight was meaningful to me because I paid 25 bucks for that ppv...we make fun of boxrec but it's quite useful.

trueThey basically say it's for amusement only. I mean look at the WBA rankings for super middleweight or the WBC for heavyweight. They are equally bad.
I suspect Johnson is on there because the computer rewards good comp and the comp's record and who they fought as well and Johnson has fought some good ones.
I heard he was making some sort of comeback but I thought he quashed it so I guess they still list him as active. He's actually the cousin of former lightweight champ, Golden Johnson.
They all fought in the ams in TX.
i thought i heard something about him making a comeback too
i didnt realise he was related to the great 24 karat Golden Johnson. he is blessed

I think the record archives are solid but they want it both ways but pulling this computer ranking crap. A computer has to be fed variables like fights at that weight, overall body of work, wins-losses etc. but with a human ranking system I believe it's closer to the truth. Their p4p list is the strangest I've seen with JMM above Manny and Wlad at #6???Comment
