Good for Linares he is a great fighter. Like other poster said too bad Manny and JMM moved up, but a fight with Soto would be pretty good. Or a fight against Rocky Juarez. Or 1 or 2 years from now he could fight PR prospect Rocky Martinez, he is the mando for Nick Cook, the guy is exciting to watch, but I dont know if he have what it takes to beat a guy like Linares, but it could be interesting!!!!!!!!!!!

There's still some great match-ups at 130 for Linares to compete in, but some unification fights is what the division needs.

Soto would be a great fight for next year, but Cassius Baloyi or Nicky Cook offer easier options to unify some titles. Then you have the likes of Robert Guerrero and Urban Antillon floating around ready for title shots.

Is Valero still at 130 or has he moved up to Lightweight?

23 years old and a 2 weight world champion, I wonder is Linares the best kept secret in boxing? This guy is top class and if he were American/british damn he would be in P4P lists and a millionaire by now!!!

              well done Jorge!!!!

Jorge moved to 130 because he can't make 126 anymore. Let's wait if gamboa will try to follow him there. He may fight soto or santa cruz and JMM may go back to 130 anytime he likes if he can't that fight against pac or any of the other dogs of 135.
