paul williams is a coward. 147 is one of the best divisions in boxing with many top challengers. williams could have stayed in the division to fight top guys like clottey or rematch quintana while waiting for bigger fights. that would be more impressive than fighting an old man like phillips.

and for the record it is a plain and basic common sense fact that margarito is the best welterweight fighter. he was robbed in the williams fight and he would destroy him in a rematch. he already proved himself by destroying cotto and when he beats mosley it will be more impressive than beating williams anyway.
