Speed and workrate kinda goes to Pacman while power and chin at the weight will probably favor Hatton.
If I had to choose a winner, I think it will be Hatton with his more physical style @ 140. Manny is known to not be able to take a good hard body shot and we know Ricky can deliver one with the best of them.

Pacman best weapon is power and speed, and he have a very good chin!!! Base on how Hatton fought Paulie he's a little bit sluggish, and base on how pacman demolished David, Pacman would likely to kayoed Hatton at 140lbs!

Bad fight for Hatton IMO...

He will be diving in with his hooks and his new flying jab and get caught all night by combos on the way in. Hatton needs to learn to get his head moving again to get inside and throw combos rather than 1 hook. He just cant survive if he goes diving in at Pac-Man....I would be rooting for Hatton but i just see him getting KO'd unless he learns some new tricks.

Win lose or draw on december 6 Pac should fight Hatton next year, Delahoya should fight Margarito after he takes care of Mosley. Cotto should fight Mayweather instead of Margarito, atleast I can still dream right.

This will be an easy beatdown for Pac. Hatton's T-rex Arms are too short. Pac will pick Hatton from the outside. Hatton will look like Lucero swinging in the Air with hooks while Pac will have a feast of straight lefts & Jabs & If Hatton makes it closer there's the Manila ice waiting for Hatton's Glassy Chin.

Hatton is awful at welterweight, despite winning a world title at that weight level, so hopefully the fight would take place at light-welterweight.
