Ricky Hatton and Manny Pacquiao Are Ready For Battle

Ricky Hatton and Manny Pacquiao continue to circle each other. Hatton is expected to fight the winner of Oscar De La Hoya vs. Manny Pacquiao, which takes place on December 6. Hatton's trainer Floyd Mayweather Sr. would prefer Pacquiao over the much bigger De La Hoya. Hatton would fight either, but also prefers to face Pacquiao. Win or lose, Pacquiao plans to move to junior welterweight and his first target is Hatton. [details]

This would be much more better than the DLH fight imo. Hatton should forget about the DLH showdown til after he fights pac.

I would love to see this fight. It's the fight that should be made. I hope Manny does not get beat up by De La Hoya so badly that it puts him on the decline.

I think Pacquiao might retire Hatton if they fought. Hatton is no Diaz but Manny aint falling for any of this clinching ****, he would step away with nice movement and before Hatton knew it 3 punches would have landed flush.

Hatton would need to really beef his defense to take Manny on imo.

Bizarre. Three or four months ago when this bout was first mooted no one was giving Pac a chance. Now he's fighting Oscar people seem to think it'll be competitive.

I've always thought that.... but then I also think Hatton's face would get caught with blinding punches coming in...

my exact thought's, though Pac does have a chance against Ricky.. But not even a year ago none of us were sure even how pac would handle moving up to lightweight
