I seriously hope Floyd comes back, the ****-talking (excuse my language) will be rampant here. All eyes on Floyd Mayweather, Jr.

I think I speak for every (or almost every) boxing fan that Pacquiao is the biggest superfight that could be made right now. The current best fighter against the undefeated former #1. If Pacquiao beats Oscar, then yeah...terrific. That would be something great to anticipate. Both fighters get exposure through Oscar, Mayweather I think is still known by most people as THE guy that beat De la Hoya and knocked out Hatton on two memorable nights...on the same year. It's exciting! I'd do the impossible to try to go to that fight.

Other than that, Floyd's potential opponents:

Margarito- if this fight is made, the boards will be down with the massive posting and trash-talking going on.

Cotto- I don't see it as very likely, since somehow Cotto isn't a big a draw as Pacquiao (I don't think). It all depends if Cotto can beat Margarito in a rematch and avenge his one and only loss. It also depends on HOW he beats Margarito. If he can keep his composure for 12 rounds and win in a dominant fashion (dominant being something like 8-4 at least), then he'll get some respect. But Mayweather looks for money, so respect...meh. Diehard fans would love to see it, but as of this moment, Margarito still seems as the more attractive opposition for Mayweather. Cotto needs slightly bigger numbers (I think, but don't quote me on this...what numbers has he pulled?), avenge his loss and even then...the zero he had in his record can't be recovered, which unfortunately, adds that incentive to buy a fight (when two fighters are undefeated).

Williams- Williams hasn't so much as even been in a PPV event...but I'd think it's safe to say that people (specifically boxing fans) would be tuning in to watch. For the casual fans, Williams doesn't sell. They'd have to promote and hype it up heavily, stating Williams is highly avoided and all that. Even then, would it do big?

Hatton- uuuuuuuuuh. Mayweather Sr/Hatton up against Mayweather/Roger...a trainer can say and tell and emphasize all he wants to with a fighter, but a trainer is like, what, 20-25% responsible for a fighter's performance? The rest is in the fighter...and Hatton can improve, of course he can, but enough to beat Mayweather, Jr.? No way. Casual fans would love it and it's make huge numbers, but as a boxing fan, one would have to cry out no. But after seeing Malignaggi/Hatton...some might be asking themselves: what if Bayless takes the fight and lets Hatton hold? I still see Mayweather dominating the fight, but having more trouble than in the first. Still, the fight wouldn't be worth ordering.

De la Hoya- sadly, if Oscar beats Pacquiao, the superfight with Pacquiao and Mayweather would go up in smoke and Oscar would go searching for Floyd for another huge payday. I hope casual fans aren't that crazy enough to buy a Hollywood-esque fight, not that entertaining in the first place except for the oohs and aahs every time Oscar swung his arms...no, just no.

And we all know he likes money. Ricky wants Floyd more than Oscar. And for the right price, I am sure he can lure Floyd out for a fight. And Floyd Sr can convince Ricky that he can give him what it takes to beat Floyd Jr.

I just dont see Mayweather fighting ANYBODY besides Hatton.

As far as Margarito and Cotto is concerned, a fight with Margarito is NEVER EVER gonna happen. And Cotto lost any chance of getting that fight when he lost to Rito. And add in the factor Floyd wants nothing to do with Arum, you can practicaly gaurantee it isnt gonna happen. Floyd will say "Margarito has unfinished business with Paul Williams" in a heartbeat. And you can believe that will be Al Haymons way of thumbing his nose at Arum.

          Al Haymons vs. Bob Arum

Margarito will not FIGHT mayweather EVER until he fights and beats Paul Williams...Because Al Haymon is not going to let Bob Arum put his number #3 in Margarito against his number # 1 Mayweather..Until Bob Arum Puts Margarito Back in the Ring with Haymons Number # 2 fighter in Paul Williams.

Now Maybe Bob Arum and Al Haymon can work together with Pacquaio and Mayweather.. and Maybe Cotto and Mayweather if Cotto beats Margarito... But Margarito and Mayweather Will Never Happen Until Bob Arum stop being a *****..and Put Margarito back in the ring with Williams.
          Bob Arum:
          1.Pacquaio
          2.Cotto
          3.Margarito
          4.Kelly Pavlik

          Al Haymon:
          1. Floyd Mayweather
          2. Paul Williams
          3. Andre Berto
          4. Jermain Taylor
          5. Antonio Tarver
