Williams is just there because they're aren't gonna be chaging him everytime he fights. Hest past 3 fights have been 147, 147, and 160, and his next one is going to be 154, but Paul has said hes only focus is to takeover the entire welterweight division so there he stays. In my opinion Quintana is an exeptional fighter. Great great boxing skills, he certainly deserves the spot. Judah. What the fuck. Its gotten to a point I can;t defend the guy anymore. Last time he beat a legitimate top fighter was almost 4 years ago when he stopped Spinks in 9 rounds. Get him out the list. Make him earn his spot. His last fight should have been the nail on his career.

Yea but Williams just left his 147 title, he probably isn't going back for a long time. Quintana moved to 154 too(probably chasing after Williams) Judah moved back to 140, no real steady welterweights here.
