Get the *** out of here did you even go to the fight? or were just wondering around from the outside trying to look in? Cotto fans were far and few between dude don't tell me what you was inside the arena when your ass was outside of it. Even just watching the fight you can hear the huge crowd difference in favor of margarito. I count 8 cotto fans in my section. 6guys behind me and a couple down a few seats the other 200 or so seats were all mexicans bro.

the weigh had alot more puerto ricans than mexicans, but the fight itself was dominated by mexican fans. I even have quite a few pics of the fans if you want to see for yourself. Like the other poster stated it was obvious the crowd was heavily for margarito. why would i lie?

yea it doesn't matter where you fight. The crowd doesn't do much in boxing other than maybe get you pumped during introductions. It's not like basketball when you got hundreds of people waving ***en balloons behind a glass backboard as you're shooting free throws to win the game with .05 seconds left in the game.

At the end of round 2 when cotto landed that left to close the round everyone went ooo an aahhh it was a nice shot that caught margarito off guard. Yea, The crowd was reacting to all the action including Cotto's flurries, but that's evidence of a crowd that's engaged.
I've seen all of Cotto's fights, I'm a fan, and this the only fight I heard almost everyone against him.

Watch the fight again, and you'll hear immediate boo's when Cotto clentched. And it's RARE Cotto EVER clentches. And even more rare he's ever booed.
Then afterwards he was walking out and hardly ANYONE applauded his work in the ring. He raised his hand in the air as if to say 'goodbye' while walking out and everyone just watched him leave.
That crowd was pro-Marg amigo.
