Look I know there was a rematch clause.....why is it ok for Williams to fight right after his loss for rematch and not "work" his way up, but not for Quintana??

Cotto will have to training to the maximum. He is going to have to be pushed A LOT in sparring, because for the first fight, I kinda thought Cotto was thinking that the fight was gonna go the way he planned and underestimating Tony's power and skill. Look at the first round how Cotto thought he was gonna have the fight in the bag, untill round 2 came when Tony started pressing the action and made the fight a classic in the 7th round.

Cotto's chin cannot be improved, but his skill can.. His speed is good as it is, I don't think Cotto will get any faster than what he is as of now.

Cotto will have to sacrafice A LOT in this fight. Trading and possibly land a shot, not on Tonys chin, but to the side of the head behind the ear or on the forehead. It has to be a counter, but its easier said than done. I personally think that Cotto would have a better chance if he trades more, rather than moving against the ropes and taking accumalative shots from Tony.

Its a tough fight honestly... I don't know why Cotto would want the rematch, but if Cotto doesn't sacrafice he will not beat Tony. Cotto has to keep his punches straight and go to the body.. Regardless... Hit arms, shoulder.... Aim for the middle of Tony's chest... Keep his right hand up at all times.

Cotto needs to throw body shots, and he will probably be able to take this fight by a close SD. If any fight goes the distance with Tony, its going to be close. Bar none... That pressure brings everyone to thier feets. Even the judges.

Why wouldnt Cotto want a rematch? Not only is it a chance at revenge to beat the guy who gave u ur first L, but its a big PPV fight with lots of money involved.
