lol i agree. froch is easy to hit and doesnt have good movement. lacy would def be able to get more shots off in this fight.

He is easy to hit.. But he swears he is just setting up the trap.. the man can counter and from odd angles (e.i.) he throws a very sneaky lead uppercut (from his left) that packs more power than most SMW's rear uppercut (from the right.. assuming the fighter is right handed)

SO I am inclined to believe he is telling the truth that he purposely loses the early rounds while he studies his opponent.. His success speaks for itself..

However he has not been in with anyone of Taylor`s caliber .. so it`s tough to say.. He also has trouble with guys who throw good straight punches.. So Taylor might very easily be his Kryptonite..

      Time will tell
thats pretty much **** on, he does throw some very unorthodox punches from strange angles but he can afford to do that as he has such a good chin and is very tough.

it would be interesting to see how he does against someone like jean pascal who is also avery good boxer alot like taylor.

imo though froch would Ko taylor late on in the fight.

Taylor is probably too skilled for Froch. I say probably, as nobody really knows how Froch could fair against a 'world-class' opponent. This will change on December 6th. Froch is too powerful for Pascal and will overcome with a TKO stoppage in the mid to late rounds.

Froch/Taylor could well happen in 2009, and i'd give him a good chance. Think Pavlik, but less skilled and more power. A Taylor UD is the probable outcome, but Froch could give any top contender trouble. As for Lacy, don't make me laugh.

So what happened with the Lacy Vs. Taylor fight? i heard it was HELLA boring. Were they boxing too safe or what? Did it look like either of them wanted it?

Taylor pretty much landed shots at will, and held Lacy for 12 rounds. A little too friendly for my liking. If he had followed through with his combos, he could have had Lacy away after 7/8 rounds.

Froch would make Taylor respect his power, which will cause Taylor to change shift. He'd have to play carefully, boxing with jabs followed by straights to get to Froch. I'm not so sure Taylor could stop Froch though.

Frcoh would KO Taylor. I hope they fight, but maybe they won't. Taylor wanted nothing to do with Froch in the past so why would he in the future?

i'd have to disagree...Froch although unorthodox has better movement.

Until he proves otherwise, Froch is England's answer to Jeff Lacy. A guy with average boxing skills, **** defense, and who gets his fans panties wet by ko'ing bums and over-the-hill titlists.

Yes, that's why Taylor ducked him, obviously.

Jeff Lacy has a fought and beat the better opposition. So, why the **** would taylor waste his time on froch? And why do you protect ****ty resume froch, when froch attacked Calzaghe for fighting this version of roy jones jr? This version of roy jones jr would knock froch the **** out.
