His Brother hits harder... Vitali is accurate and his punches come from odd angles..Ergo often catching his victim off guard in the process.. he is also difficult to hit.. SO basically it's a one sided beating.. and most men can't take it and crumble..

and don't let the KO pct fool you, what's the best name on his resume? A loss to an old, undertrained, fat, Lennox Lewis.
also forcing samuel peter to quit on his stool, a fighter alot of people were considering the "savior" of the heavyweight division. fact is the klitschkos are the saviors, they are the only ones remaining consistent in this big mess.

also that fight was far from a loss, the L may be on his record, but vitalis stock rose big time in that fight.

ko pct does definitely mean something but, there are harder hitters than vitali. i think wlads left hook and right hands are harder than vitalis. i dont ever see vitali knocking people out cold with one shot. look at wlad vs brock, he pretty much put brock to sleep with one shot.

probably concerned about the fact if he would ever box again
also you left out the part where he was whipping byrd. how come byrd never wanted any other part of vitali again after that? you know in the rematch with wlad, i think byrd had to be forced to accept that fight. also max kellerman predicted byrd to win that fight BTW, for anyone who thinks he actually knows what hes talking about...

The only reason why people were holding Sam Peter in high light is because of the terrible shape the HW landscape is. I was personally never sold on him, I always (and still) view him as a crude slugger with minimal skills.

I agree that KO Pcts do mean something but they don't necessarily tell the whole story (just like undefeated records)

I wouldn't call him the hardest puncher ever. Not even close to one of the hardest ever. I think Haye has more one punch power than Vitali.
