Jones could win if they have a ref who deducts for all the time taylor clinches. He ****ed up the jeff lacy fight with his boring tactic. Hell, I give jeff lacy a good chance of knocking someone out like Taylor if Taylor hadn't clinched all night long.

Clinch as he might have, he was carrying Lacy throughout that fight, the only way Lacy was knocking Taylor out is if Taylor stuck his chin out.

As for Jones, I thought we would see flashes of him during the Calzaghe fight but I don't think he can compete at championship level anymore, especially at 175. The only opponents out there will have to be smaller than him and that would hardly be worth watching in my opinion

Check his age: He's hung around far longer than a fighter that relied on speed and reflexes should have. Once those go (and they're ALWAYS the first to go) you just aren't going to see the same fighter you remember.

im sorry brother but it looks like Jones doesn't have it in him any more, he wasn't up to it against Calzaghe and a big performance against a lesser name wont have as much meaning. His time with the big names may well be over

Jones looked very good against Trinidad but Felix was even more washed up then Roy so it's no surprise. Hey, fighters get old. What can you do about it?
