You don't have to be on juice to be finished at 60. I don't want to see Gatti at 60, let alone 45. It can be a sad lifestyle.
I notice a lot of Athletes, and I'm not even talking about the juicers, when they retire and take time off from training....they go to mush. Their bodies just go down hill and quick.
It's like Foreman. Foreman had a great physique when he was only 19...and carried it through his 20's. But, once he retired, BOOM, he grew "bigger."
He came back and I don't think anybody would say he didn't train hard, but he just couldn't get his body to go back to the way it used to look.
It's a shame people teased him about his weight in the second career. Foreman tried to laugh it off and make jokes but you could see it hurt.Comment

Foreman did look pretty good in some of his 80's comeback fights. Not like he did in his prime, obviously, but better than he did later in the 90's.You don't have to be on juice to be finished at 60. I don't want to see Gatti at 60, let alone 45. It can be a sad lifestyle.

He was 235 lbs here against Qawi.Comment

People with Naturally High Testosterone levels can also have similar problems to people that juice. Lots of Alpha-Male types die earlier than the rest...from what I read.
So much invovled: Stress on the body, hormone levels, how much you eat, train, etc.
But yes, Holyfield might have some problems. since he's already had some.Comment

Of course you being a yank you might know a lot more about big George outside the ring than I do, but there was absolutely a reason to laugh at Foreman during the first 20+ fights in his comeback and Foreman knew it. To me it was more the level of opposition than his appearance that was the laughingstock. You don't have to be on juice to be finished at 60. I don't want to see Gatti at 60, let alone 45. You're right about Gatti and others but what I'm talking about is damages to the inner organs following a long steroid abuse. We all know the Evan Fields story and Holyfields heartcondition.
Of course I cannot say that Holyfield definetely juiced, but the indications are so obvious that only the most loyal of fans believe he's clean.Comment
