Yes Ali is probably the greatest of all time, but by today's comparisons he's tiny and never faced someone as huge, powerful, and skilled as Vitali. I can't see Ali being able to even hurt, buzz, or stun Vitali and he might win a UD but there's also a good chance Vitali blows his lights out.

      I'm in my 20's.

Vitali keeps his hands down low and fights stiff. Ali prior to being forced out of boxing for 3+ years was something else.

How is Vitali going to catch the Hare?

Vitali isn't a Powerful puncher like Shavers and Foreman. His brother might be up there. He has power, but it comes in bunches. He has heavy hands.

You people with Size is everything. Tell that to Valuev.

Size can work against you in many ways.

You think Ali wouldn't see Vitali's punches coming?
Vitali doesn't have his brother's hand speed.

LOL Vitali has the highest KO percentage in HEAVYWEIGHT HISTORY and you don't think he has power? Please kid...Ali would see his punches coming sure, but they will land eventually at least one or two and he won't need too many more ;-)
You say he fights with his hands down low, so does Ali, he virtually invented the hands at the waist fighting style. Sure he's more fluid but Ali will find it difficult to even hit Vitali everytime Vitali leans back as he's so tall that Ali won't even be able to reach him that well without telegraphing his punches and being open for big shots.
Ali was beaten by Norton in his prime for pete sake, and while Norton is probably in the top 30 or so of all time heavyweights, Vitali is much higher on the list so the possibility is not entirely implausible that Vitali destroys Ali. Norton by the way lost many times in his career, Vitali has yet to properly lose even once, having "lost" his only two times by technicalities in fights he was BOTH WINNING.

KO percentage now equals One Punch power???

I didn't say he didn't have power, I just said he wasn't on that top level of Power with Shavers, Foreman, or his brother...which he did admit.

He batters his opponent with very good power/heavy hands.

Ali can keep his hands low because he is ALI. He has the speed and reflexes to do so...at least before the layoff. He took Shavers best shots, Foreman's best shots, and Fraziers...yet he would be blasted out with one by Vitali? I wouldn't favor it...but yes, anything can happen...just like Ali knocking Vitali out

Ali was beaten by Norton in his prime: there you go, you just proved you were a novice. Ali was not the same fighter when he came back from the layoff; he lost his legs and some stamina...he says so himself if you don't have eyes of your own to see it. Not only that, everybody noticed it. Few even gave him a chance to reclaim the title.

Vitali lost by TKO to Lewis and TKO/QUIT against Chris Byrd.

That’s not really true, The only fighter he avoided was Lewis but even then after Bowe lost his title they signed to fight each other but then Lewis lost to McCall. Bowe also signed to fight Mercer but he lost to Ferguson. Bowe gets to much criticism, in his prime he was an excellent fighter but he eat away his title.

Bowe is a *****, despite the fact that he took tons of punishment against Golota and never quit. right.

and Fulcrum, watch Ali vs Terrell, and then watch Vitali vs. Byrd. you really dont think Ali would beat him? Im well aware that Vitali got injured, but even up until that point Byrd wasnt even close to getting knocked out...hell, he was mostly just getting outworked.

come on man. vit improved tons since the byrd fight and golota would have stopped bowe if he wasnt such a mental midget plus he's a terrible finisher

Vitali takes a few good shots early and perhaps gets wobbled once, but adjusts, and dominates as the fight goes on, laying Bowe out from the count at around 2:00 of round 9.

Probably proves that it is a pick'em fight. I dunno, Vitali could well easily win it.

Also I don't really like you too much so I might have just voted against your boy for the hell of it, tough to say.
