So you know, that his family what kept feeding him chips or something knowing it was worsening his eczema, then sent him to bed with gloves on to avoid him scarring itself.

If your assumptions were right he'd be drastically spot ridden at times now when his diets poor longterm and he's not training unlike you claim, but it isn't. Instead he is when he's training and sweaty as photo's have shown, the opposite of what you've just claimed.
