Why does Hatton cut so much? Eczema!

Just read a good article in Live magazine, a supplment from the UK's mail on sunday that revealed this. Don't think it's that well known so thought I'd post it.

Apparently he had to wear gloves when he was younger to avoid scratching and scarring his face. There was a photo of him recently with a lot of marks, spots and folk were saying its the booze and diet. Well, it's eczema, and it's also the reason he cuts quite easily.

Yeah. BPP posted a pic of Hatton with something that looked like acne was clearly visible on his neck and shoulders.

Does Hatton cut more easy than others and if he does is it then caused by eczema? I dont know. Many fighters appears to be more susceptible to cuts than others and it seems to worsen once they have been cut as scartissue seems to open more easy than undamaged skin.

I can't remember the last time Hatton was cut, it used to happen fairly regularly but not recently.

It sounds like it used to be bad when he was younger, having to wear mitts to avoid scratching and scarring. His skin is clearly sensitive. I wonder if he takes any meds for it. Probably not knowing him.

Clearasil keeps my complexion sound but I don't think it's enough for Hatton. He eats a bit better now aswell, Mrs cooks for him.

often times your bone structure has to do a lot with the way you swell and cut too.. Ricky has some jagged and big cheeck bones as well as his eyebrow bone.

Arturo Gatti swells up for this same reason.. that and he get's punched way too much lol

He gets sweat rash as well by the look of some of his pictures. That can cause the skin to tighten, and obvisouly a punch to the head wouldn't help.

                    The theory makes sense.
