I don't know about this one. I would like Hatton to win be he has really showed signs of wear recently and Paulie is as slick as they come. I don't think Hatton is on Cotto's level and Cotto couldn't take him out, so I think Ricky Hatton has got his work cut out. In my opinion it is a fight that can go either way, and whoever executes their gameplan more efficiently will win.

Hatton to win by three or four rounds. But if Hatton can reproduce the form of 2004/06; i think he'll cut the ring down and win by late TKO.

Hatton by wide decision and possibly a KO. I voted KO out of what I want to see. I just ****ing hate Paulie and think Ricky will be too much for him anyway.

Speed kills. And Paulie is 10x faster than anybody Hatton has beat. That is what seperates him from the rest. His punches will reach Hatton easily.

This is an awesome fight for boxing, two of the best in their division actually fighting each other! I think Hatton wins but I wouldn't be too shocked by a Malignaggi decision. Paulie is no bum, he is a good boxer and if he can stay clear of Ricky's body punches he stands a good chance.

I've got a feeling Ricky will end up getting this by KO. Hopefully Mayweather Snr has been teaching Ricky some new tricks.

The poll shows a lot of people think it will be a close fight.

I think its going to be a very close fight that paulie pulls ahead in the very late rounds to escape with a close 12 rounds split decision over hatton...probably 7 rounds to 5 rounds...

                      My thoughts are this...

if paulie can survive the inital onslaught by hatton (for roughly the first half of the fight) by sticking and moving...staying off the ropes...using his reach to his advantage and make hatton chase him around the ring (pretty much staying on the bike for the first 6 rounds) that hatton will tire out (like he's been doing lately as a result of his daily beer and fast food) and paulie can begin to put his punches together late in the fight and escape with a hard fought close decision.

as long as paulie can take it into the later rounds he can win...

its going to be a close fight that could go either way but i really believe paulie has the best chance to win it...given simple reasons like age, stamina, speed, etc.
