24/7 is hands down the best countdown series on TV. That little montage they did last night with the Eminem song over it was great. Before the claws come out, I'm not an Eminem fan, never have been, but it was very well done and goddamn did it get me pumped. I had to shadow box in the bathroom mirror for a few minutes afterward.
