Yes, Tszyu was a high-risk, low reward at 140lbs. Tszyu would've posed a legitimate threat to him.

Everyone thinks of the Vince Phillips fight to measure Tszyu as a fighter. Tszyu had the physicality that awkwardness and that hard pace that gives Hoya problems.

Tszyu had a helluva right hand going down the pipe, very accurate with it. If you look closely at all of Hoya's fights, it's the straight punch that has probably been the most consistent to land on him.
