A punch hit him in the face causing him to fall over - AKA a knock down.

He wasn't hurt he was knocked down.

It was a knockdown - let's be fair to Barrett! He did take the extra swing and hit Haye when he was down, but it seemed like a reflex action.

Watch what happened in the fourth round though: Barrett throws a haymaker and slips and goes down, then Haye hits him while he was down. The ref calls it a knockdown, and doesn't penalize Haye.

It was a slip he ducks underneath the left hook, slips on to his back and Barrett hits him.

I thought they were both fouling each other but I agree the referee only seemed to be policing the actions of one fighter. It would not have matteres, Haye had too great an advantage in speed and power over Monte for the fight to be truly competitive.

I would really like to see Haye in there with Wladimir. I am obviously a huge fan of Wladimir and I think it would be an exciting fight in addition to giving Wlad a chance to significantly bolster his legacy.

Not too sure I want to see Haye against Vitali. I think Vitali is too strong and has too good a chin for Haye - I'm not sure how competitive that fight would be.
