Its the same answer. I dont care if you think Margs is a hype job also or what ever. Because to a certain degree he is, since he lost to Paul, and there is no TRUE WW champ.
Cotto's style is to break people down and take them apart. Margarito's dad must have been the terminator or something because the guy is indestructible. He's a bad matchup for Cotto, but that doesn't mean that Cotto isn't a very good fighter.

Tommy Hearns lost to Iran Barkley. Does that mean that he was a hypejob?

How is Cotto NOT a hype job?

1 - He has never beat anybody for a belt.
Roy Jones won a vacant title at middleweight, and 3 vacant titles at light-heavyweight. So is he therefore not a legit champ in those divisions?

    Not sure what this means.

His resume at 140 and 147>Mayweather's resume at 140 and 147. This is important because if you can out-do the P4P#1 guy in 2 separate divisions, you've got to be a bit more than a hypejob.

He beat Paulie, who is a good fighter. He beat Quintana, who went on to become a champion by beating Williams.

Shane dominated Collazo, who almost beat Hatton. These are all good wins.

No he didn't. He caught him with a couple of good shots, but he didn't come close to dropping him. Also, remember that Paulie knocked down N'Dou, who just went 12 rounds against Cintron. I'm not saying that Paulie has good power, but we can agree that N'Dou has a good chin, right?

No, a lot of people gave Zab and Mosley a very good chance of beating him, so I'm not sure what you mean here. Shane was given a better chance of victory than Margarito was.

Israel Vasquez quit too. Is he a hypejob? Of course not.

Because when he's fought the same opposition as the P4P#1 guy, he's actually done better. Because he has a very solid resume and is clearly a great talent.
