Best boxing character in a film?

I am going with Anthony Quinn in Requiem for a Heavyweight or Robert DeNiro in Raging Bull.

gotta stick with the classics...

Jon Voigt was a boxer in this 70's film, and looked like a patsy, but the dude that played Duk-ku Kim, in the movie about his fight with Ray Mancini, was really good.

Gotta take Stallone from Rocky 1 I'm afraid.

Wasn't a star, was inspired by a real boxing match, got seriously into shape and character, made it all happen himself. Very convincing character he's built and played out himself.

Again i don't think its a good character thats just basically who stallone is. I said he's been type cats but that would imply he had tallent ;o)
