      i doubt Hatton gives a ****.

Amir is a nice kid, he's just coming to terms with it and Ricky told him what he needed to hear.

No of course not. In his past fights he's always shown a very good chin. But my point was that there was no kind of Mayweather punch which could have KO'd him "as if her were shot" and kept him down. A 10 count, and could have been much longer.

Mayweather just does NOT punch like that, counter punch or not. He'd NEVER ever in his whole career ever KO'd anyone the way Hatton went down and STAYED.

What I said was that Mayweather's punch, which was nothing special anyway, might have been able to KD Hatton, because he ran right into it, but it was the hefty wallop to his head on the Ring Post, which actually KO'd him.

As everyone knows, even without the evidence of all his past fights, Mayweather just doesn't have that sort of power, or even close to it.

Someone suggested that it was an accumulation. Well it would have to have been an accumulation of thunderous punches to do that, and it just wasn't so. Even when he was punched plumb, it wasn't punishing. Except on his fragile areas like eyes, nose or mouth, just the same as every boxer.

Hell no was it the ring post that Ko'd Hatton
            Although it didnt help...

He was out when floyds check hook landed
watch his body go limp when the Hook connects
            He was dun from there....

Ah men ,ring post knocking out Hatton.Watch the video,Ricky's body stiffened when he got the hook administed to him.You must be deluded if you think Floyd didnt have power to knock out Hatton.

As for Amir Khan he needs to make his own decisions. He wants Prescott because Roach told him to go after him.IS he that naive.Doesnt he know trainers say things to get your self confidence back.Khan went for Prescott because his previous trainer said he was supposed to go for him. When will Khan make his own decisions.Right now he says even Hatton would have been knocked out.WHat does he expect,Hatton was a punchbag anywhere, blocking shots with his face.If he had blocked Prescott using the chin what would have happened?

He was just being nice and I doubt Hatton would have gotten hit by that shot in the firstplace plus I don't think Hatton would have gotten wobbled by a jab.
