On the real though John, I spoke with Mauricio and he said that if he it had been an 8-rounder your boy Remillard would have lost. My cousin tells me that Remillard was absolutely gassed at the end and was feeling the pressure.

    Your take?

WHAT???????!!????????? LOLOLOL......Seriously, you know I am as real as they get...Remillard was boxing AWESOMELY, he was in total command all the way.....tired? Remmilard does not get winded or tired like that, he is in awesome condition, everybody who knows him knows this....trains like his life depends on it...they have pride, I guess, to say that...but in my opinion that is, AT BEST, wishful thinking on their part

The younger, bigger Asian looking guy who worked Pastrana's corner, could you have taken him?

PS: Remillard won all six rounds...even if Mauricio won the last two that's still six to two...stop Matt? Highly doubtful? If he could have stopped him with POWER he would have earlier and if he was hoping to stop him on FATIGUE, well, that wasn't happening , either. Remillard always in TOP condition.

I know Mauricio's style well, his footwork looks like he's never boxed a day in his life and he's a chronic slow starter, especially in the gym. He looks terrible in the first few rounds even against amateurs and then catches up to them with the right hands.

The shorter fights just aren't his thing.

Yea, I understand that too..slow starters etc...I am like that even to this day...sometimes I spar amateur kids but I always tell them, "No way I am only doing three rounds." Because I don't even get loose until the third or fourth...but with that said, Matt was in total command and Mauricio hadn't done anything to that point to even get Matt to start slowing down....I seriously doubt much would have changed had it gone longer.... You never know, though

I spoke with the UCONN basketball coach and after watching Patrana fight the other night he said that if Mauricio were twelve years younger, two feet taller, could dribble like Marques Haynes and rain threes like Iverson he would recruit him for the team. But he isnt so...so he's not

                    UCONN is wack, though.

They only have a good women's team.

Oh, well in that case if YOU were two feet taller you could try out, too.
