1st palle says dawson is a CW which he clearly isn't, he a small to average sized light heavy..
kessler is a huge smw!!!! the margarito of his weight class

secondly fighting dawson on hbo is the biggest offer he can take now...
fighting a LHW champion in america... who is could he fight thats bigger than that moneywise? popkins?
