Marco Antonio Barrera in Line For Nate Campbell

One of the more interesting happenings during the WBO's annual convention, currently taking place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is the appointment of Marco Antonio Barrera to the number-one ranking position in the lightweight ratings. Barrera's promoter Don King petitioned to have Barrera added to the lightweight rankings and several reports note that Barrera was placed in the top spot, which puts him right in line for a title bout with champion Nate Campbell. This will be a war for the ages. If Barrera has any of his ambition intact, this could develop into something unlike anything we've seen this year.

I think this would be a good fight. Hopefully it's free and not PPV.

nate might just be too big - but MAB might be able to do him like he did juarez in the 2nd fight.

                    MAB ftw.
