    Calzaghe rips Hopkins!

Light heavyweight Joe Calzaghe may return to the ring next year in front of his hometown fans in Wales, but it doesn't sound like a rematch with Bernard Hopkins is high on his list. "Screw Hopkins, man," he told the London Mirror. "He got his a*** kicked by a white boy. He's got to accept that. He's an idiot. A complete a*******. I don't want to give him a rematch. It wouldn't be a good fight. The guy's a racist. He was never going to give me any credit. The way he fought against me in Las Vegas was cowardly because he held on all night and feigned being hit by low blows. He tried to steal the fight." Calzaghe is expected to make an appearance at the WBO Convention this week.

    Yes

Faked low blows and headbutted more than he punched.

      Hahahaha

      Calzaghe is the man!!

Hopkins did fight cowardly, he was constantly holding like John Ruiz and faked being hurt to get a rest, that was a ***** ass move.

If not Hopkins, he needs to fight Winky - another guy his age level with a great resume.

I'd like to see that one.

I'd prefer Dawson, beating Wright at this stage means little Wright has been off for over a year and looks like crap above 160

Calzaghe really does have Hopkins by the balls!

I don't think he will give Hopkins a rematch and Hopkins will spend the rest of his days stewing about being beaten by Calzaghe.

You prefer but it's not gonna happen. He had made it clear he doens't want to fight any young up and coming fighters anymore. And Winky is a guy on his age level with a great resume.

Winky even now is a test. A high workrate fighter vs a guy who blocks punches for a living while dominating with his jab. Intersting to me.
