            well, the list WAS made in 1994, which would explain why some fighters are missing.

            Its pretty interesting that Chong Pal Park is rated the best ever at 168lbs, but then again, its a pretty new division. I dont know a ton about Pal Park, but Im pretty sure that former Marvin Hagler opponent Fulgecia Obeljemas beat him twice.

            surprised that DM Qawi is rated above Carlos De Leon at Cruiser, he didnt have that long of a career there...
            surprised that Hagler is rated so low.
            Have to admit Im surprised Armstrong is rated above Ray Robinson at Welterweight.
