    The Humiliation Of Roy Jones

When Calzaghe danced and pranced and showboating, Roy looked pitiful as he tried to showboat himself. Its a sad day when the guy who usually does the booty shaking in the ring is done it on first and still takes a beating in the process. I felt sorry for Roy.

I think Roy actually liked the showboating of Calzaghe at first I saw him smile one time. But that was in the beginning, it got a little out of hand in the end.

Roy did himself proud by hanging in there taking a beating and he didnt get stopped or Ko'd..To see him get knocked out would of been painful.
        He did himself proud..

That fight was more competitive that most people are saying now.

Roy was dangerous for 6 or so rounds. It wasn't like the Lacy fight when I'm not even sure Lacy landed anything at any point in any round. Jones nailed Joe with some sweet counters.

Yeah I had Joe ahead by 1 point through 6 and thought Roy was landing some decent shots. The cut didn't help but I still think Joe would almost have swept the last 6 anyway.

He lasted, but it's time to hang them up. I hate to say it but it's over for Roy, he needs to put on his promotion hat and never take it off because during the fight I saw so many openings to do something big and he just couldn't pull the trigger.

How did you score the first 6 rounds out of interest? I gave Roy 10-8, 10-9 then everything for Joe. Even that was one more round in Roy's favour then all the judges.
