Attn: Idiots who just started watching Boxing- regarding Jones

Roy Jones jr. always had more trouble with counterpunchers who stayed back and picked spots and had tricky defenses.

He did not have trouble with pressure fighters. He ate them alive.

Yeah, I agree. Guys who came at Roy just ate way too many straight right hands. Plus Roy could put together combinations and just anhilate guys.

Calzaghe's not your typical pressure fighter though

prime for prime, i believe they would give eachother hell stylistically... Jones would get him in the end though

You fall into this trap all the time dude. Why would you even bother wasting your time and responding to that rubbish?

Yeah, what kind of pressure fighter has roy fought who throws over 1,000 punchers per fight even if all those punches don't land they always give you something to worry about.

Calzaghe would be capable of giving a prime roy hell even if roy won a decision over Calzaghe in his prime. I hardly doubt he knocked Calzaghe out, Calzaghe has good chin. Calzaghe always gets knocked down for ****** reasons, more to be with him being off balanced.

I agree, I hope he retires though he had showed everything he had. No need to fight up-comers who just want a out of prime legend fighter on their resume, when they have all the advantages..

Let's name all the great prime fighters that Calzaghe beat that were like Jones, that threw 7-8 punch combos at a time while moving like he did (see the Toney fight).

I'll wait while the trolls keep on trolling.
