I disagree with you, I saw signs that he has aged and I think he is ready for the taking, hope he sees it too.

His punches in the latter rounds had lost their slap, er I mean snap. Age is catching up on Joe.

Joe still has alot to offer if he wants to because his body hasnt taken alot of punishment, Someone like Erik morales at 29 has taken more punishment ringwise than Joe has in his whole career.

But Joe has lost abit about himself also, He doesnt have the power he use to have because of his injury problems.

Yes he has lost a lot to injuries he could have RJJ out of there from 4 on but his had to fight with the hand broken in a few fights so all his going to do is win by UD but dont think we've seen the last of him Dawson next he may just be saving it all for another boy to put in his place & break his hand doing he'd KO a lot of the guys his been in with but is it worth breaking your hand that should tell ye his planning another fight.

Joe doesnt do rematches, if he fought Hopkins and Hopkins stopped hiding and holding long enought to fight back Hopkins would tire twice as quickly as RJJ. He would STOP a Hopkins that didnt hide.
Hopkins had a shot and bottled it in front of millions. Please someone tell me what Hopkins did in the fight with Joe that merits him getting another shot?
Leave Hopkins festering, he deserves it!

Jones didn't fight elite competition throughout his career. Are you kidding? He gets slated for NOT doing this, just like Calzaghe does.

i guess since bhop was the champ, and knocked joe down enroute to a split dec in a pretty close fight it is not good enough to warrant a rematch. my mistake! also, so joe could not ko roy, yet he will bhop? ok, it's official...................your a moron.

I think Joe along with Hopkins has aged extremely well, but the one thing is he has retained his athleticism and speed which normally goes at that age. Hopkins has survived by keeping within or close to his weight limit and his great skill, Calzaghe has just kept his incredible stamina infact his stamina seems to have gotten better that when he was younger.
