        Yeah, I see the gifs.

And at what point did Chad pack it in and just attempt to survive?
That's right, it didn't happen. He dug down and pulled the fight off. Yes, it was questionable and could have gone either way.

Dare I say that I think Calzaghe beats Glen alot easier? Yes, I think he does. But styles make fights and Dawson beats Calzaghe.

God I hope this fight comes off.

I reckon Junior Middleweight Roy did alright against Calzaghe.

          That logic is ****!

See those two clips there? Calzaghe doesnt punch as powerfully as Glen Johnson was, but everyone he has ever fought against has covered up for long spells of the fight, so you can certainly know that you cant walk through his punches. In that time when Glen throws those 3 punches, Calzaghe would've thrown closer to 20. Thats why he'd beat Chad Dawson. Dawson would be on the ropes covering up or he'd be running and he doesnt have the counter-punching that Hopkins has to make that work...and even Hopkins didnt manage to make it work successfully enough after the first couple of rounds.

For the second clip, how Dawson decided to drop his guard when Johnson was winding up a very wide and slow hook I dont know.

I agree with alot of things you say here except my main point which you disagree on.

Hopkins showed alot of quick reflexes against Pavlik but not against Joe or even Jermain Taylor because they both move a little. Joe def moves more than a little and he does it very well.

That's where I think it fits into Dawson's hands. He can move and punch at the same time. Hopkins was counterpunching very little while sliding to the side and even against Pavlik, he would step to the side and then COME IN because Pavlik has to re-set himself before he can throw. Chad can and will throw from all angles and he can punch with Joe.

Roy couldn't because of the chin. But when Joe flurries, Chad can flurry right back with speed, power, and confidence in his chin against Joe's punches.

Chad Dawson would win this fight with movement and bodyshots..
He would be extra careful, but hed win this..

Chad can give angles and has enough pop to give Joe problems..
Joe really shouldn't fight Chad, BC he will use..

Like said earlier, he will pull the trigger when Jones didnt.. Jones had soo many opportunities.. I like Chad by a decision

So can Kessler. He can throw and move and he can punch and he can be confident in his chin and body...yet Joe still pushed him back, hurt him, made him cover up and ultimately defeated him. Yeah, Dawson has advantages that Kessler doesnt, but Kessler has advantages over Dawson when it comes to Calzaghe too...like the fact that he has better stamina and conditioning.

You think that Joe would give Chad the opportunities he gave Jones? Calzaghe adapts for every single fight. There were long spells when Calzaghe chose to give Jones no opportunity to hit him at all. Same with Hopkins, same with Kessler. Jeff Lacy with his incredible pop to give Joe problems barely laid a glove on him all fight. When Joe needs his opponents to open up to create chances for himself, he adapts and gives them opportunities to hit him. Joe is an adapter, he doesnt have a set style that he always uses. You cant see something from one fight and assume that he'll do them in the next fight. He was open to the right straight from Hopkins and ate it for the first couple of rounds, then he adapted and barely took another one from Hopkins for the entire remainder of the fight. Same with the uppercuts from Kessler.
