    ruiz is very underrated.

he is boring to watch but just looking at his resume.....he's a good fighter.

his resume is better than wlad's imo.

That version of Toney and Hopkins? Probably. When they are at their peaks, it's different. Not taking anything away from Roy of course. I know the Jones fans are on edge.

I think he beats Hopkins and Toney but his frame isnt big enough for Ruiz. Mind you had he had Nady as the referee im sure he might pull it off.

The Hopkins that Roy fought wasn't particularly special. The current 43 year old Hopkins would beat his younger self. While he was naturally more athletic at that younger age, he lacked the ring generalship and counter punching ability people associate with Bernard Hopkins.

James Toney would have been a tough fight and I don't know who would have won, but I have always considered James Toney to be one of the more overrated fighters of his generation. He was superb technically and I have a great deal of respect for his multi-division pursuits, but he never seemed to have it against other great fighters.

Calzaghe couldn't have ever fought at heavyweight, as it would have meant bodybuilding - something he has never done.

Not Ruiz. He didnt have the style and would've had to work too hard to put on the weight. Roy Jones Jnr probably wishes that he'd never beat Ruiz either, cos it ruined the rest of his career. Still, he'll always have that.

This is dumb... Hopkins gave Calz the hardest fight of his life... a prime hopkins beats calzaghe.

Before we start asking if Calz can beat Toney, let's see Calz fight at HW... then you can start asking that question. until then prime Toney > Calz.

Ruiz? No, Joe's not a heavyweight and rightfully so.

Hopkins AND Toney....don't crucify me for this but I think so. Both guys have never really been movers and that's exactly how Roy beat them. WITH MOVEMENT.

I don't think he had a chance in hell at prime vs prime with Roy Jones though.

If Calzaghe had pumped himself full of steroids then who knows?
