Why Ruiz ? Joe never boxed at heavyweight
could Hopkins beat Ruiz ? would he even want to do that.

The Ruiz fight was a massive waste of time
and it did not prove anything anyway.

Jones never wanted to fight Lewis
instead he picked a guy Tua finished off in 19 seconds.

As for Hopkins and Jones... this thread has been made about four times now.

I have always picked a prime Toney over a prime Joe and I will continue to do so. Joe would not beat Ruiz either. Dunno about the Hopkins that Roy fought.

Co-sign. Ruiz id not start off at heavy, I thnk he was light and then got fat. That fight rpoved Jones quality, he beat a big awkward fighter who may nbot have been best but was not **** and had a huge weight advantage. People forget RJJ was expected to get hurt.

Hop and Toney, yes, Ruiz, no. Jones was in and out with Ruiz.

Joe doesn't fight that way. He'd get mauled.

Unless Nady was the ref. Then he might have a chance as did Roy.
