Add on to that the reasonable opinion that he should have wins over Tito and Mosley.

I have always been a big fan of his and I especialy like the fact that he will still have an impact on this great sport long after he retires.

Oscar is definitely the man. Due to his good looks and overwhelming popularity outside of boxing circles, those inside of the circles tend to underrate his accomplishments and hate on him a bit.

**** DLH. I always respected him before and was a fan of his in the past but the whole Pac thing has really turned me against him. After he retires I wouldn't mind givin him his due cuz he's done a lot in boxing, but right now I can't stand the guy anymore.

I like the prime oscar a lot, why would i hate him now. lol. His prolly my #3 ATG at the moment behind leonard and pacquiao. I don't care how much he earns or whatever the so called hardcore boxing fans think of him negatively. I just wanna see him fight. Though I like pacman to win. . Lets get it on.

I respect the old Oscar but the old oscar and the new Oscar are like two different people. And the new Oscar is a complete ****.

But I do take the piss with him in terms of fighting Pacquiao and trying to sell it as a fair fight. Pumping all this money into 24/7, and the promos and tv spots, just so he can beat down a natural 130lbs guy to "avenge" Barrera and Morales. Gay soap operas aren't as gay as this crap.
calzaghe tried to sell a fight with a shot roy jones as a fair fight. pumping all this money into 24/7 and the promos and tv spots, just so he can beat down a shot guy to "prove" he was a great fighter. SORRY NO. at least oscar was good at one time where as calzaghe never was and is pretending he is.

He still beat good fighters early in his career. Beating Sweet Pea at that time is still a great win.

All time great left hook, awesome hand speed, excellent chin.
