Its a 2 way street in the real world.

I guess in your american city, streets only go one way.

Point is, Joe shouldn't shoulder the blame for the fight not happening earlier.

Roy deserves at least half seeing as how he had the bigger name throughout both of their careers.

If Roy wanted that fight, he could have had it.

At best for Vernon, it was a draw.

However, my point about certainty in boxing still stands.

Otherwise, Christian Mijares would be unified champ today.

Sorry I lived in more countries you can count, (and most of my life not in America), you can probably count the continents...

Roy was the draw and hence called the shots. If Joe wanted a fight he could have flown his ass to US, and take a small share.

Mayweather wanted to fight De La Hoya, and took a 20% share, and let Oscar choose ring, gloves, weights... everything. That's how you get a fight you want.

Yes, if Jones broke his hand while fighting Calzaghe, Calzaghe might win.

So why is the decision ultimately up to Joe?

I fail to see how that is even reasonable.

IF Roy wanted the fight, being the draw and shotcaller as you've stated,

why wait until 2008 to fight Joe Calzaghe?

Jones didn't break his hand Saturday night,

                    Joe won.

                    Cry.

I see both your eyes and brain are challenged.

                      I seen Joe beat Roy.

I never seen Roy issue any challenge to Joe, ever. Not as the top draw, big dog, pfp king, shotcaller big baller, etc.
