    Potential Calzaghe Opponents and Credentials

We all know you have to be either 1) undefeated and unproven or 2) over 38 years old in order to fight Joe now that he has "made it" to the top. Cong**** on your great career, Joe, but I think there's still a few more non-risks to be taken before we call it a day!

Let's start a list, keeping my requirements in mind

    I'll throw one down

    1. Carl Froch - no good wins but no losses either! Surely he's worthy

    2. Muhammed Ali- in his prime
    3. Laila Ali - Top fighter in her weight class.

    WAR JOE.

Joe could always have Delahoya come up 4 weight classes to put Delahoyas name on his resume......

Joe Calzaghe always fights the best and the best would be Antonio Tarver..he's coming off a loss but he's still in his Prime at 40 and will surely be in better shape come fight night.

Might I suggest Light Heavyweight Title Holder Zsolt Erdei? No noteable wins, no losses either. And his awkward name would fit greatly among Joe's laundry list of awkward named opponets.....

                Sakio Bika
                Tocker Pudwill
                Evans Ashira
                Kabary Salem
Mger Mkrtchian (no, that's not a typo)
                Branko Sobot

Don't you think it'd fit quite nicely?

there is also Julio Cesar chavez Jr, undefeated. He's young and in his Prime.

Good list so far. I think I jumped the gun with Glen Johnson because Johnson throws A LOT of punches and can fight and isn't on a respirator yet. Johnson is out. I like Erdei as an option. That would really be in line with Joe's amazing resume. Or what if he lured Ottke out of retirement?
