Because he rather fight washed up fighters that USED to have names so he can add them to his resume to make it look better even though it will be noted in history that those fighters were NOT in their prime. He knows Dawson will beat him, He'll only take fights he knows he can win.

It is, dont think Cal will fight Chad, although Id pick Cal to win that fight. I think Glen Johnson would give Calzaghe a tougher fight, but that fight definitely will never happen.
