It was his mandatory. He didn't prove much, he kinda looked ****ty but its a fight he had to take. Keep the belt and unify with Pavlik. You won't be bitching then.

Uhm.... champions, and I mean real champions who dont get free "diva" passes from their ranking organizations in order to fight in glorified sparring sessions for a 50 bucks a view.

F.uck the mandatories. There are always ways to get out of the mandatories. Saying he was a mandatory is a cop out, especially in this freakin fight. Raul Marquez, come on. Abraham is so celebrated and hyped up that he don't need no ****** alphabet strap. He should be fighting the big names especially after his KO of Miranda. His next fight should have been in the U.S. against a real fighter.

i feel he may lost the momentum from the Miranda fight. dispatching these mandatories who aren't top 20 material won't satisfy people.

Winky Wright would be a good opponent for him although I suspect the fight would be very boring to watch.

Sturm, Pavlik and Wright, those are three good options for Abraham to fight next, I don't see why these fights wouldn't happen.

it proved that abraham can beat welterweights and super welterweights.

if only oscar , tito and winky had challenged him. he'd be a LEGEND like a certain overrated american middleweight......

I doubt it. Oscar, Tito in thier prime would school Abraham. Winky and B-Hop would embarass him.
