Holy damn it! I missed it all. FFS. Someone has to upload this baby from the sounds of it. I remember the fight with Dib that what's-his-name had. He was an ok fighter, but didn't exactly seem that great. I'm surprised that he sounded so good. Dib blows arse and he beat that guy pretty easy.

Anyway, let's hope someone has this fight and can upload it. So, is this now FOTY for those who saw it? Vasquez/Marquez III still beat it?

A very entertaining brawl that seemed mostly in Villa's favour although Mtagwa was always coming back with punches whenever he seemed hurt or tired.

Mtagwa was very close to being stopped in the 9th but miraculously came back and knocked down Villa 3 times to end the fight in round 10.
Great fight, I have to say I did not expect it having seen Mtagwa's fight with Billy Dib but I guess Dib can make any fighter seem boring.

these guys were actually pretty skilled at times in the fight, but mostly it was just an excellent fight with lots of hard shots landed.

It was as good as any other fight I've seen this year.

Not sure if it will be voted for fight of the year (Mtagwa and Villa are relatively unknown) but it should be voted for the comeback of the year.

I'm always in favour of letting the fighter go on but I thought the referee was being generous or incompetent in the 9th for not stopping the fight, Mtagwa sure proved me wrong.
