Did Freitas give a reason for quitting?

Does anyone know what his explanation was for quitting against Corrales? Was he injured? Did he think he was too far behind and could not KO him?

He was tired of getting hit in the face repeatedly.

Freitas was taking a bbeating at that point, it was easy to see that it was not going to be his day- so he got out with his pretty looks still intact.

watching the fight the first time, i thought that he could have gone on.... then the second time ( 3 hours later ) i saw a completely different fight. corrales was stalking him the whole fight and taking his shots like they were nothing, and then started turning up the heat... the power shots started landing more often. and you get the rest. freitas saw that he had no chance and that he would have just taken a beating beyond what he already was getting... he had no steam left.... quit, or take an even worse beating......he quit! simple as that....
