David Tua vs. Shane Cameron Falls Apart, Talks are Off

According to the camp of Shane Cameron, talks for a possible bout with New Zealand rival David Tua has fallen apart over the date and money. For nearly two-years, Cameron has been calling out Tua for a fight. He was ignored until a few weeks ago when a huge offer was presented by an Auckland-based events company, Duco Ltd, who tried to make the two New Zealand rivals come together. [details]

I blame Tua's advisor, Mr. Pink for this falling through.

David Tua is the most poorly managed fighter of all time. He's lost many opportunities, and it's a shame - he could have won a title of two I'm sure, with a competent manager/promoter.

Damn, I've always wanted to see this Cameron cat fight.
Guess I'll have to download some of his fights now instead of waiting for a Tua fight...

Wow, I would not have wanted to see Cameron in there with Tua. No disrespect to Cameron, he is a solid domestic-level fighter but Tuaman would have destroyed him.

tua's advisors and management sucks balls.

doesn't matter. tua is done anyway.

they should just take every fight that comes along.

the big money fight is not coming for tua.

at least these small money fights will keep his name out there.

oh well......he's not good enough anymore to really matter but the problem is he's still dangerous because of his chin and power.

tua is nothing more than a name that could be a big name win for some prospect coming up. unfortunately he's still risky for any upcoming fighter and not worth it.

              tua is such a disappointment......

tell wlad or vitali to fight him.

i doubt he has a chance against either and it'll be a big name win for the klits.

at least tua will get a nice retirement check.
