It will be exciting! If Oscar wants to be loved by Mexicans, with all the Mexicans in the house that night, you can sure bet he's gonna stand and trade if he wants any love by them at all. The second Oscar back pedals from a shorter man and runs like a ***** is the second Mexicans throw their coronas at Oscar's head. You can bet this will be an exciting match while it lasts.

That's the reason it may be more exciting. I think he's going to take chances and allow himself to be tagged simply because he can afford to do that in this fight. And I think Manny will take full advantage of it. Oscar is a safety minded fighter, he don't like to get hit. But I think he will go toe to toe with Manny, because he can. It should be good as long as it lasts.

It should be a good fight as long as Manny doesn't take too many shots. Hope Freddy can fine tune his defense. He ain't gotta make em miss by a mile, he just gots to slip the shots enough so that he don't take the full impact.
Tony Martin was ranked. And i recall Martin beat some good contender not big name but non the less. If you think Pacquiao could beat Martin then you don't have a clue what Martin looks like or how tough a fight he gave Chavez even after Chavez blasted him with some killer shots. Chavez was too weak in the 2nd fight from draing down to welterweight, Chavez was an old man but he could still pull them guns. Have you ever seen the Martin v. Chavez fight?

Exciting? Please. People need to stop building this fight up as if it's some mega showdown. This fight is a joke and should have never been made in the first place. I'll be glad when it's over and Oscar runs out of people to fight. If I was Pac, I'd of taken it too for the paycheck, but he has bigger fish to fry in terms of legacy. Oscar just needs to get the hell on already.

If it's Tony Martin that you were referring to when you said Chavez was fighting Jr Middleweight contenders then I don't know what point you were trying to make. Tony Martin looks like he walks with two left feet. I watched that fight live, got it on VHS. Quit coming on here like you're Mr Boxing Knowledge. I've been watching boxing since u were born son. I honestly don't know what point you were tying to make, besides make urself feel good about how much you know about boxing.

Part of the reason I started this thread was to compare Oscar's rematch with Chavez and the potential for an exciting fight with Pacquiao. It was rumored that Chavez walked into the rematch at about 145lbs the night of that fight. Manny will probably come in at a similar weight. Manny right now is is more dangerous than Chavez was that night. Julio looked fragile in there with Oscar. Yet there were fireworks in that fight. Oscar is now ten years older than he was that night. There will be fireworks on December 6th.

Now go argue with your kid brother about who knows more about boxing.
