Could someone please explain to Roy that in the US election the overwhelming favourite absolutely destroyed the aging underdog in a one-sided epic beatdown that surprised no-one?

Trust me, there was a lot of people including myself who were crossing their fingers yesterday for an ***** win. That wouldn't be the case if it wasn't close leading up the voting especially considering the crooked things that have happened in the past.

Not to mention in the larger picture a black man becoming the president of the US is the ultimate case of the underdog winning.

Who was the favourite to win? Was it close?

Incidentally I'm not so sure that a Harvard educated lawyer fits the stereotype of a political underdog.

I guess the parallels are funny when looked at face value and I may have looked too deeply into what was supposed to be a simple sarcastic remark. I stand by what I said but I won't continue to rant (unless of course you want me to). Sorry, it's been a long day.
